Structural and Civil design services for a 5,700 sf addition to an existing car dealership, a 6,400 sf used car dealership and a 5,600 sf automated car wash. Structural design included steel and masonry materials as well as a renovation to the existing pre-engineered building. The civil design included site grading, a segmented block retaining wall, parking and truck access layout, water and sanitary sewer services, underground treatment and storage of storm-water and erosion control.
