King Arthur Flour

Civil design for this project included a new 23,900 sf warehouse and food processing facility with associated parking, walkways, utilities, and site grading. Project costs were $4 million. Civil permitting included state wastewater system and potable water supply, state stormwater moderate risk site construction general permit 3- 9020, local approvals and Act250 permit.
