Structural and Civil design services for an addition and renovation of an existing car dealership into a 30,000 square foot natural foods store. The structural design included wood and steel framing in addition to long span open web trusses. Civil services included site design, a new storm-water collection and treatment system, parking layout, building addition and the redesign of access drives.
